This modern work of art was hand-

knotted in Nepal by artisans with whom

Illulian has collaborated since 1959. It

was designed by Emtivi Studio and

features a mosaic-like pattern of vibrant

colors obtained with vegetable and

mineral pigments and a combination of

50% silk and 50% Himalayan wool with

152,000 knot/sqm. The base has a

height of .05 cm high, while the striking

series of geometric decorations form a

height of .07 cm. This piece can be
